The People Label is an affiliate link tracking service that allows digital publishers to create trackable links to ethical fashion brands in The People Label network. (the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how and when The People Label (“TPL”) collects, uses and shares your information when you use our Services. The People Label receives your information through our APIs. When using any of our Services you consent to the collection, transfer,  storage, disclosure and other uses of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. Irrespective of which country you reside in or supply information from, you authorize The People Label to use your information in the United States and any other country where The People Label operates.

Information Collection and Use

We may collect or track the following information for Digital Publishers or Ethical Fashion Brands:

  1. Registration Information
      When you register for TPL Services, we will request certain information from you, including your contact information (such as name, address, and phone number), SNS credentials, email address, etc.
  2. Interaction With Services and Access
      As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically. We may also receive information from the mobile phone, tablet, computer or other device that you use to access the Services. This information may include, but is not limited to, your domain and/or Internet Protocol ("IP") addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider ("ISP"), the referring or exiting website address, operating system, access times and history, information relating to your activities and preferences on the Services, geo-location, device, telephone number, mobile carrier, language, images or other content users post, content users download, communications on the Services with other users, posts in public forums, and information from cookies or other technology.
  3.  Correspondence
    If you send us personal correspondence, such as an email or letter, we may collect such information into a file specific to you.
  4. Public/Sponsored Events
      TPL may participate in public events and events with multiple sponsors, such as trade shows and seminars. The events generally collect certain information from all attendees and distribute this data in whole or in part to all the event sponsors including TPL. We do not control and are not responsible for the practices of other sponsors for these events.
  5.  Information Collected, Tracked or Analyzed by Third Parties
      We may permit advertisers or other partners to collect information from the Services.

We may collect or track the following information if you click on a TPL link:

  1. Time Stamps
    The time you clicked on the link(s) and the page where the link was placed and the destination of the link.
  2. Order Information
    The time of purchase, the order number and the total monetary amount of the purchase.
  3. IP Address
    The IP address being used when clicking on the link.

Links: TPL may keep track of how you interact with links across our Services, including our third-party services, and client applications, by redirecting clicks or through other means. We do this to help improve our Services, to provide more relevant advertising, and to be able to share aggregate statistics such as the frequency of a particular link being clicked on.

Cookies: Like many apps, we use cookies and similar technologies to collect additional application usage data and to improve our Services. TPL may use both session cookies and persistent cookies to better understand how you interact with our Services, to monitor aggregate usage by our users and traffic routing on our Services, and to customize and improve our Services. Most applications automatically accept cookies.

Log Data: When you use TPL, we may receive information ("Log Data") such as your IP address, device information (including device and application IDs) and search terms. We use Log Data to provide, understand, and improve our Services.

We may also disclose information about you to our corporate affiliates in order to help provide, understand, and improve our Services including the delivery of ads.

  We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time.
