The People Label
The People Label is an affiliate link tracking service that allows digital publishers to create trackable links to ethical fashion brands in The People Label network. (the “Services”).
Information Collection and Use
We may collect or track the following information for Digital Publishers or Ethical Fashion Brands:
- Registration Information
When you register for TPL Services, we will request certain information from you, including your contact information (such as name, address, and phone number), SNS credentials, email address, etc.
- Interaction With Services and Access
As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically. We may also receive information from the mobile phone, tablet, computer or other device that you use to access the Services. This information may include, but is not limited to, your domain and/or Internet Protocol ("IP") addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider ("ISP"), the referring or exiting website address, operating system, access times and history, information relating to your activities and preferences on the Services, geo-location, device, telephone number, mobile carrier, language, images or other content users post, content users download, communications on the Services with other users, posts in public forums, and information from cookies or other technology.
If you send us personal correspondence, such as an email or letter, we may collect such information into a file specific to you.
- Public/Sponsored Events
TPL may participate in public events and events with multiple sponsors, such as trade shows and seminars. The events generally collect certain information from all attendees and distribute this data in whole or in part to all the event sponsors including TPL. We do not control and are not responsible for the practices of other sponsors for these events.
- Information Collected, Tracked or Analyzed by Third Parties
We may permit advertisers or other partners to collect information from the Services.
We may collect or track the following information if you click on a TPL link:
- Time Stamps
The time you clicked on the link(s) and the page where the link was placed and the destination of the link.
- Order Information
The time of purchase, the order number and the total monetary amount of the purchase.
- IP Address
The IP address being used when clicking on the link.
Links: TPL may keep track of how you interact with links across our Services, including our third-party services, and client applications, by redirecting clicks or through other means. We do this to help improve our Services, to provide more relevant advertising, and to be able to share aggregate statistics such as the frequency of a particular link being clicked on.
Log Data: When you use TPL, we may receive information ("Log Data") such as your IP address, device information (including device and application IDs) and search terms. We use Log Data to provide, understand, and improve our Services.
Non-Private or Non-Personal Information: We may share or disclose your non-private, aggregated or otherwise non-personal information, such as your public user profile information, the people you share your information with, or the number of users who clicked on a particular link, or reports to advertisers about unique users who saw or clicked on their ads after we have removed any private personal information (such as your name or contact information).
Changes to personal information: If your personal information changes, or if you no longer desire some or all of our Services, you may correct or update it by contacting us.
We use what we believe to be appropriate procedures to protect information against unauthorized access and disclosure.
